Please visit Via Tribunali in Seattle (in the 900's on E. Pike St.) They are making one of the best Neapolitan pizzas in the country. The pizzaiolo, Dino, is from Naples and has a level of experience unmatched here. The restaurant has a very limited menu, basically all pizzas and a few salads, but it's a cool, inviting place to settle down with a Margherita and a beer.
