motorinos margherita and characteristics

     i know a lot of members realy like Motorino. this is a demonstration of the firmness of their margherita.it goes against the traditional neapoltan marherita.

The bottom doesn't look anything like a Neapolitan Margherita. Looks like the deck was too hot. It's not representative of the pies I've had at the EV location.

Agree, just wanted some thoughts on the video. seems he is perusing this as his Margherita . wonder if it because it is more acceptable to his customers?

It's been a while since I've been there. I need to make it a priority on my next NYC trip.
