I have a hunch these wouldn't last long at a pot-luck.

I just watched that yesterday. Im going to try a Chicago deep dish with these and cheddar mac and cheese.

Man, those look good! No smoker here but Im sure something similar could be worked out. Maybe sandwich a cube between 2 big shrimp - sort of the reverse of bacon wrapped shrimp. :)

That would be a hard feat for those to make it out of the house much less a pot luck party!!! :drool:

I've made them a few times for pot lucks. I glaze with a mix of butter, SBR's BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and pepper jelly. They don't last long.
