Caputo Pizzeria Flour in the Philadelphia/NJ Area
« on: May 17, 2019, 08:16:12 AM »
I'm not sure where to find the Caputo "Pizzeria" flour in the Philadelphia region or in NJ (I can go as far as New Brunswick to the North). No problem finding the "Chef's" flour at Wegman's in 1 KG bags. Does anyone know?

Thanks

pg1337,

Not sure if there is a  WebstaurantStorestore near where you live or not, but at the Restaurant store near Lancaster, Pa. they carry the Caputo Pizzeria flour.

Fantastic! There is one very close to me in Bensalem! Thank you for the link. A while ago I think I had found this place for pastry ustensils, but never had the time to go. Looks like I'm going to have lots of fun visiting this place. And apparently it's open to the general public too! Now what to do with 25KG of flour.........

I used to live on the Main line around Malvern. A little closer to Lancaster, but still a ride! Now it's really far.

EDIT: They don't stock it at any of their locations. I would need a $50/year membership to do the in-store pick-up for this flour :'(
