"361g Flour
289g Cold water
2g CY
8g Salt
7g Oil"

Wondering what size pan this amount is for, it wasn't clear to me. I am trying this recipe with King Arthur Sir Lancelot, although not sure if it's appropriate... But hey, why not?

That'd be for a 30x40 centimeter (11.8x15.7 inch) baking pan.

Only one way to find out.  Best of luck!
