Quick focaccia tipical from Liguria

Hey guys, as first post I would like to show you a picture of my Focaccia

350gr flour 00
200gr water
10gr yeast
8gr salt

Knead 10 min in the kneading machine
1 hour leavened in box
2 hours leavened in the baking tin

220C for 20 min

Looks great. Like typical Ligurian focaccia (I used to spend a lot of time there) and not the extra thick stuff made in America.

Yes this is super.
I put 20gr of oil in the dough at the end.

As a topping before cooking?  Or mixed into the dough?  I have always done both.

As topping inside the holes that you create using the hands. In this way they remain soft.
