I did a Google search this morning, and could not find a domestic source. It showed up on Amazon but it is not currently available, and I also found it at the PizzaBible website but the checkout feature is disabled, which has been the case for a long time.

As the name and product description imply, Spolverina is just a finely milled durum flour that is marketed as a dusting flour (polvere = dust), though you could also use it as part of a dough formulation.  If you can't source the 5Stagioni brand, any supermarket brand of fine semolina will work, especially if you're only looking for a bench flour.

Thanks for the ideas, folks.

I've seen double-milled semolina flour a number of different places. Was wondering if it was the same as the elusive "Spolverina".

Amazon carries this product:
