I talked with a mom yesterday who asked if there's a recipe for a gluten free, nut free, legume free, dairy free pizza crust.

One of her children, whose favorite food is pizza (would eat it every day if he could), has been put on a restricted diet (no gluten, no dairy, no legumes, no nightshades) as part of a treatment for a compromised immune system. On top of that, the child is allergic to nuts, soy, and corn. In other words, just about everything that's typically used to make regular or GF pizza crust is verboten.

I did a few searches, both here and on the wider Net, but came up empty.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Does cauliflower or broccoli work?

You're also going to have to think about what would even go on top of it. With that restricted a diet, not sure youd want to eat some sort of processed vegan cheese

this might work  https://histaminefriendlykitchen.com/low-histamine-cassava-pizza-crust-grain-free/   she also has a nomato sauce that you might be able to use  https://histaminefriendlykitchen.com/histamine-friendly-nomato-sauce/

try googling low histamine and you might be able to find some others as people with histamine issues often cut out all or most of the foods you are trying to avoid

All the cauliflower crust recipes I've come across call for some sort of soft cheese, like mozzarellas, cottage cheese, or cream cheese, which makes them no-gos.

Looks promising. Thanks for the links. I'll pass them along.

Is his favorite food "regular" pizza, or was he eating gluten free vegan/paleo type pizza to begin with?

Regular pizza. As I understand it, he picked up an infection that compromised his immune system. The purpose of the restricted diet is to remove common known food allergens to give his immune system time to (hopefully) rebuild/repair itself, then reintroduce them one-by-one in a controlled way so the drs can monitor his body's response.
