Tonight's "Lou" inspired pie.

Tonight's pizza was inspired by Malnati's signature pizza "The Lou". It turned out really well although next time I will add a bit more Spinach... I always forget how much it just disappears. For the crust I used Pythonic's recipe from the "Pythonic's Lou with butter flavored Crisco in the pan" thread. The sauce was straight Tomato Magic out of the can. Hadn't made a Deep Dish in a long time. This one hit the spot. It was a 14".

Did it have a good tomato sauce taste? No spices?

For a sausage-less pizza, the Lou is a truly great combo.
