What dough recipe should I use in a WFO?
« on: July 25, 2019, 10:25:45 AM »
I recently started making pizza on a Forno Bello wood oven from backyardbrickovens.com and would be interested in any recommendations for a great tasting dough recipe that would hold up to the high heat. I prefer larger pizzas, so it doesn’t need to be a Neapolitan style.
I typically try to cook when the floor is around 750F.
Thanks.
