Osteria Mozza
« on: August 31, 2019, 01:05:48 PM »
Went around the corner from the pizzeria this time. Excellent food and service. Highly recommended!

Not photographed is the Prosciutto & melon, Grilled Black Mission Figs and the Garganelli.

Below is the Tagliatelli and Grilled Beef Tagliata.

Wow! Both dishes look fantastic. Some people scoff at prosciutto & melon as being dated or too simplistic. Being both myself, I am still happy to have it occasionally. Has to be a ripe melon, though, or youíre starting behind the 8-ball IMO.

A rare steak and simple salad just like that in the second pic is one of my all-time favorite meals.

I've eaten there once a few years ago.  One of the outstanding meals of my life.  Not cheap but memorable.  I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
Quote under my pic excludes Little Caesar's.

I ate at the Osteria Mozza in Singapore in 2016.  Not cheap.  But very good.  In the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands along with other high-end places like DB Bistro and Cut by Wolfgang Puck.

Daniel Bouloud and Wolfgang Puck are still there.  Osteria Mozza has since closed.
