Ooni pro bake
« on: September 27, 2019, 11:54:47 PM »
Used my ooni pro with the pizza door tonight. Bakes like a roccbox with  more room. Easier to maneuver the pizza. Biggest problem I have is the floor over heating. I have to cook it on my turning peel as soon as I can get the pizza set. If not the bottom burns. If these oven manufacturers could make saputo or a floor with the same characteristics available it would make baking Neapolitan pizza much easier and more consistent.

Looks good but I see your point about the floor over heating. Any way to put your own stone into one of these or is that pretty impossible with the way they have it? Looking into getting a Pro but would really love to somehow get some Saputo bricks in there....

you could cut a stone down the middle and put in in that way. saputo would put this oven on par with a lot of higher end ovens
