Anyone have a good recommendation? Ive neglected my Ischia to the point of no return and havent had luck with the same Ischia from ebay Ive used in the past.

It seems you can only get it paired with the Camaldoli starter. I too need a new Ischia but my Camaodoli which is over 10 years old is still strong even after two very long dormant periods in the back of the fridge.

You can get them directly from Sourdo.com (http://www.sourdo.com/cultures/italian-cultures-includes-two/) or here is a link from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006TMLF98/?tag=pmak-20
