Wow,  that is a serious broil element -  3,400 watts at 240 volts.   Looks like you are well on your way.  To Essen, actually, years ago I bought a cheap chinese oven off ebay that was advertised as a higher wattage , but when it arrived it was much lower than advertised, which is why I went and upgraded the elements .  The therms and switches were already rated high enough for larger elements ( though not the 3,400 watts) and so it only required upgraded wiring and connectors.   This is when I bought it  https://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/topic,21242.0.html

this is the upgrade https://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=22190.msg244939#msg244939

When the blackstone came out , I picked one up, and it was so much better than the electric, that I sold the electric one.

Interesting. I pondered the Chinese oven for about 50 seconds then passed on it.

Ok finally found the most powerful broiler elements out, 4000w. One on top and one on bottom.

Wow, that's a lot of power!

During the downtime, you could rent the oven out to a local veterinarian for use as a small animal crematorium.
