Videos are a great way to learn.  A lot of people are visual learners, and sometimes it's difficult to explain or understand the situation by text alone.

Great videos and I learned alot that already helped me today when I mixed up my 3 dough balls for my Saturday pizza.  Also, there is a part 3 video from the first videos you have posted that would be helpful to post as well.   I saw it on Youtube.

Thank you for bringing that video to my attention. I was not previously aware of it and I agree it is a helpful video. I added the video to the three others in the opening post of this thread.
