Don Pepi
« on: December 16, 2019, 11:20:44 PM »
This little shop has been tucked away for years inside Penn Station in NYC. I was there today and I was hungry  I ate this, then I was happy :)  fresh mozz, pesto. Some nice crispness in the rim, nicely foldable and actually really,  really good.  Manager says same day dough but sure didnt taste like it.

That's a nice, tight slice.
Things have never been more like today than they are right now.

Same day dough with, perhaps, the inclusion of some old dough? It looks like it would be delicious.
