Been too Fuoco, a little restaurant/pizzeria in Stuttgart named as a neapolitan pizza place.
We didn't eat at the place itself but just took the pizza with us because we were leaving Germany to go back home (Belgium).
I ordered a bianca with fior di latte, gorgonzola, pear & walnuts. And I ordered a prosciutto & funghi.
When I got the pizza I maybe was thinking about an other kind of crust (bigger and more fluffy), but this one was good too.
I liked the sauce a lot and they used clearly quality products.
The bianca was sold for 12,80 € and the prosciutto 8,5€.
I especially liked the bianca, really good combination.
I'm planning on trying this myself.
