Roast Cauliflower Pizza

There was an article in a recent edition of Country Living called "pizza night" where they presented a relatively useful introduction to making dough and getting it into the oven etc plus several recipes for toppings including roast cauliflower.  Then I saw the post about Del Fina pizzeria,,1880.msg52096.html#msg52096 and the link to the Amateur Gourmet post and the picture of the roasted cauliflower with peppers, capers etc. and that's when I decide to try pizza with roast cauliflower.  Here's the recipe for the topping which is enough for about two small pizzas

one cauliflower head broken into florets and very coarsely chopped
2tbl lemon juice
1/4 up olive oil
salt & pepper

toss in a bowel; tansfer to a roasting container
roast in a preheated oven (500) for 20 minutes
finish in broiler for an excellent char as desired

After that I dressed some pizza skins with olive oil Parmesan cheese and the cauliflower.  On this try I didn't put in peppers and garlic with the roasted cauliflower.  I must report that roast cauliflower is very sweet and with the pizza it was delicious.
