Bonci in U.S. compared to Rome?
« on: February 17, 2020, 06:34:26 PM »
Just curious if anyone who has been to any of Bonci's pizzerias in Rome has tried any of his newer locations in Chicago or New Orleans, and if so, how do they compare?

I was just in his Chicago shop and it's the only one of his I've been too. So I have no comparison amongst his parlors. Having said that, the pizza was outstanding, dough was springy, big flavor in the dough too. Bags on the floor said typo2, but that could be anything as far as percent in a recipe. He also had all kinds of flour to sell too.
