Suggestions?

Making a suggestion would be the hardest part.

I first thought, "Make the first pizza you ever made again", but quickly realized everyones' would all probably turn out great.

Maybe, "Make a style of pizza you think you don't like". For me that would be a Chicago Deep Dish or Chicago Thin. Once again, everyones' will probably turn out great, but it might be a fun exercise.

Doesn't it seem a little bit similar to February's challenge? (https://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php?topic=60723.20;topicseen) (pizza you don't often make has a good chance to be a pizza you don't like  :-\)

BTW here are some other ideas:
- make a pizza out of ingredients that aren't meant to be on a pizza/a part of the pizza
- in the same taste: make something that looks like a pizza but isn't a pizza
- make a pizza using only [insert number] ingredients (for dough, or for topping...)
- make a pizza using only [insert ingredient(s)] as a topping
- if pizza didn't exist, what would you do instead?
- [insert kind of pizza] challenge
- make the best pizza out of the worst quality/cheapest ingredients
...

leftover everything.....  leftover cold 150 gram dough ball, slice of bacon, grilled chicken, broccoli ,mozz cheese (too much flour).  Cooked in the Breville on woodfired setting and little knob to the left.

I was wondering about you just a few days ago. Glad to see you're still at it!

Hey Craig. Not exactly still at it, but trying to start again after 4 years going without.  I will jump right in once I refresh my pizza making memories.

Here's another entry - using leftover, naturally-leavened Neapolitan dough: Potstickers (pan-fried dumplings) with chile/vinegar dipping sauce:

Yowzers! That is great stuff there.
Always late to the party. Guess I'm doing this month's challenge based on last month's challenge.

Thanks. It's all about trying new things and having fun.
I've said many things about pizza based on conventional wisdom or my misguided assumptions/conclusions that have turned out to be embarrassingly wrong. When it comes to pizza matters, there is no substitute for ignoring what others say and just forging ahead on a path guided by your preferences.

CALZONE

Little bread rolls,  cheese stuffed bread,   salami or pepperoni stromboli.   Cut into 1/2" thick squares and fry for a side - perfect for dough thats dried out or getting old.

No dough shall for to waste in my house
