Pizza Hut Breadstick Seasoning?
« on: March 07, 2008, 03:21:07 AM »
I have seen the following recipe floating around this site and elsewhere for Pizza Hut's Breadstick seasoning

4T - Parmesan Cheese
3T - Garlic Powder
1T - Onion Salt
1T - Oregano

Has anyone tried this?  Seems like a lot of garlic and I don't notice that much of a garlic taste with their breadsticks.

Here is Pizza Hut's ingredient statement for the seasoning - It doesn't seem to agree that well with the above proportions

Seasoning: grated parmesan cheese, romano cheese made from cow's milk and other
hard grating cheese blend [all from cultured part skim milk, salt, enzymes, powdered
cellulose or sodium alumino silicate added as an anticaking agent], salt, spices,
dehydrated garlic, sodium alumino silicate added as an anticaking agent, maltodextrin

Just wondering if anyone has any comments or updates to the 4,3,1,1 recipe?
