Pizza look great !!
For some reason they look bit bready (for some reason cornicione does not look as prominent), are you not settled on your dough size yet? in another word Are you trying different thicknesses?

We are Definately going for a more artisan pizza. I still have 4 more bags of flour to test through but I’m very happy with the results so far.

It's really been interesting for the hobbyist pizza guy to follow your journey. Thanks so much for taking the time to share it!

What is the ETA for opening the doors...it has to be getting close? I've been promising my wife that I'm taking her to Pizzeria DiLauro for months!  :pizza:

Thank you for the kind words. We are hanging shelving in the kitchen today, I’m hoping for a couple of weeks at the most. Every part of this project has been delayed but I can’t except anything but perfection so I have been pretty lenient on deadlines. The guys are doing a really good job on the buildout.
