'perfected' kitchen oven pizza

How I've gotten great pizza in my kitchen oven.

Preheat oven to 525F - 550F for 15 more minutes after you hear beep that it has reached full temp. Use a pan that has holes or some other openings for the pie. Put parchment paper on top of pan. Put shaped pizza dough onto the parchment, add sauce, toppings. Place in oven.  After one minute, remove the parchment. It will slide out from under the pizza easily. Allow pizza to cook until done.  This method allows the bottom to have a nice crispness.  I haven't had to put the broiler on at the end, but this is also an option.
