Want to try a new flour

I've only used regular bread flour before      would this type of flour work in my oven or is it only for wood fired/ultra high heat ovens? maybe a mix of this and regular  bread flour.

Thanks

What you are looking at is a pasta flour made from a variety of durum wheat, not the best choice for making pizza. The gluten that is formed from durum flour is vastly different (it has little extensibility) from that of wheat flour.

Hi thanks.

I'm suprised as reviews seem to like it for pizza.

Ingredients:  Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Durum Wheat Semolina, Wheat Gluten.

So it's White flour mixed with  durum wheat  flour
