Here's a crazy thought. Can I use a high power transformer like this instead of wiring a 220v circuit in my house?

https://www.110220volts.com/ar-10000.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwiaX8BRBZEiwAQQxGx-I14D3GBvcYlpWHJsEYBAyEJ3Yp9a1NFTqB9Iu16zCPo79Sd6qrXBoCi0QQAvD_BwE

The P134h uses 2800w and this unit is rated up to 10,000 which is much more than needed. Would something like this allow me to use a 110V 15A or 20A outlet to run the Effeuno?

Something tells me that this is wishful thinking and that I need at 30A outlet regardless of voltage but I'd love to know what you guys think.

It is even worse. 30A may not be enough. Power = I*V, 2800/110 = 25.45 Amperes, that is what you need for the oven to work. 25.45 *100 / 30 = 84% . This mean you need converter with efficiency above 84% or you will overload your outlet. When increasing voltage this efficiency is hard to achieve.

Reading about US system - 240V outlets are pretty common it seems - for driers and the like. If they can deliver 3kw of power any reason not to use simple 15m extension cord that is rated for the load to the kitchen? It is not as if plugging and unpluging the drier is big deal.

While the transformer can increase the voltage it cannot increase the watts coming from the supply side. Even a 20 amp circuit is max at 2400 watts, not counting any losses.

you need to have two separate 120 volt lines to make to work.
