Roccbox VS Pizzaiolo

 Tonight I baked two pizza’s one in  my roccbox the other in my pizzaiolo oven. The Pizzaiolo was the original model using my raised stone and baked with the top element on.
 Surprised at how close the two came out . Roccbox pizza first Breville second. I have been using Chau’s dough which includes 2 percent lard.

Hi Hans, not much difference in flavor. The texture is softer especially when eating the pizza cold.
