Calzone
« on: November 16, 2020, 07:44:13 PM »
Well here it is.

Left the Pizza Piazza for a bit and entered into the Calzone Zone for now.  Looking for Rod Serling, LOL. Turned  out good.  I put in it Mozzarella, Ricotta, and  Pecorino Romano.  I didn't put sauce in it because when you cut it, it will be one big wet mess, or maybe it won't but depends on how much you put in.  So I just serve it with marinara sauce on the side that the calzone can be dipped in.  Sauce can be poured on top but I prefer to cut it and dip it.  Not bad for only the second calzone I ever made.

I posted this in NY Style under the Lucali discussion because maybe it resembles Lucali's calzone.  Maybe.
