Pizza Party Ardore Instruction Manual

I recently bought a used Pizza Party Ardore oven (from this site). However, it didn't come with an instruction manual. Does anyone have a PDF version of the manual they could send to me or tell me where to find a copy?

I don't recall having one when I had a PizzaParty Pizzone.
Key thing is the curing process, which should already have been done on yours since it is used.

You could probably PM Simone, and he should be able to email you one.

The Ardore does not come with a manual. Pretty much light it and make pizza.

Agreed, it did not come with a manual.  There were Youtube video's on his site,  but I don't see them listed anymore. If you have any specific questions, list them here, someone may be able to help.

Thanks for the quick responses. I just wanted to be sure there weren't any specific procedures I needed to follow. Since it has already been cured, it sounds like I'm good to go.

Yes, the only 2 things that need to be done were to put the stones into the oven ( and there was a little bit of a trick to that ), and then cure them

Mine came with a manual. It was mostly safety stuff, assembly, and then how to light it - basically describing how you need to push in and hold the temp control knob down for 10 seconds to heat up the thermocouple enough so that the gas wouldn't cut off.  They used to have the same on their website, but now it looks like you have to email them for it...
