AVPN just had a 1 day free Masterclass live on Facebook. The class is now available for streaming in several multi-hour segments on their Facebook page. I watched several segments and while the AVPN recipes aren't particularly unique - just standard VPN short room temp fermentations, there are a lot of great tips being shared along the way. My favorites so far were the segments by Ciro Salvo and Johny di Francesco. You may have to jump around to find the interesting parts, but they're in there.
