Fried Scallion Bread: hot & cold dough, sesame oil, salt, scallions fried in duck fat

This is a truly wonderful recipe and use for excess sourdough starter. Pretty much followed the recipe exactly, except my starters are not fed daily - more like weekly and stored in the fridge. Had some today with SV brisket bulgogi. Cooked down remaining juices/marinade for dipping sauce.
