This is good timing as I just returned last night from consulting for a pizzeria with a gas fired earthstone oven. It is possible to find a number of different gas ovens that can hit ultra high temps. Unfortunately it seems like many of the options have issues such as having to spin pies a LOT, massive gas bills, or not having enough top heat. I have set up shops with standard bakers pride gas ovens modified with high temperature thermostats, and that would be your cheapest route.
