I've done this with asparagus. blanch the asparagus. then use a vegetable peeler to create thin strips atop Béchamel Asiago and gruyere

Not sure about the addition of pork, but broccoli is a common topping on a New York-style white pizza (like spinach is).

Broccoli rabe, sausage, and Calabrian chilies. Incredible pizza.

Brassica in general is awesome on high-temp pizza. The charring brings an awesome sweetness. Motorino's Brussel's sprouts and pancetta is one of the finest pies ever.

Broccoli, Grilled Chicken, Minced onion and garlic, Mozz, Grated Parm, White sauce, spices and splash of oil (& sometimes chili flakes). A Favorite!
