Horizontal Mixers

Hello,
By year's end I'll be heading back to Indonesia and in about a year's time I'll be opening my little pizza cafe.
What is available there is quite different to what is available in the U.S. or Europe.
One of the things I'm seeing are horizontal mixers as opposed to the vertical planetary or spiral mixers.
Does anyone here have any wisdom to spread as to how they would be to work with?
