broiler pan sicilian

Second try at a broiler pan sicilian. Used the pizza hut dough recipe, topped with cheddar, mozz, pepperoni, onions, 1/2 black olives, 1/2 mushroom. Baked in oven @450 for 15 mins.

Let rise in pan for an hour on counter, put in fridge covered.

Brought back to room temp on counter and docked.

Finished, top of broiler pan makes the perfect cooling rack.
