It would have been helpful if he had named the Chicago pizzeria. If it was there I missed it. I am in Chicago for a few days. It’s not all casserol style here. Last August I was in NYC for 3 days and had pizza 3 times bt the best I had that weekend was at a WFO place in Chicago, on our way home. We are planning to have coal fired pizza tomorrow and looking forward to it. The places we ate in NYC were not any of the several often named near historial places often mentioned here. Unfortunately, we did not have enough free time (wedding weekend) to plan for that.

It was Pequod’s. This has been all over the news here.
