pizza hut pan pizza help

I knead(llol) help with pan pizza is dry milk powder the secret I need help with the dough. do u raise the crust or roll it?

I am assuming you are using the Pizza Hut clone on the front page.  The dry milk is part of the trick.  My understanding is that it is used to produce a browning effect.  The dough should be rolled to 12 inches and then it will rise to fill the pan, so a combination of both is necessary.
