Mix flour, water, yeast and salt in a mixer. Knead for 15 minutes. The dough should feel smooth and elastic, not sticky. Place in a large bowl, referigerate, and allow to rise for 24 hours.

After rising, turn the dough out onto a floured work surface.

Press the dough into a thick, flat disc.

Place the dough on your fists and stretch the dough into a large, thin circle.

Place the dough on a dusted pizza peel.

Add sauce, toppings, and cheese.

Slide pizza onto pizza stone and cook.
